The QuestNotes for the Bold Adventurers

INVICTUS

By chance. By Choice. By Destiny. Who knows but we were brought together for such a time as this?

Legend & Lore

This Rod of Retribution could be the end of civilization.

June 3, 2021

Update: As expected, the Rod was a conduit through which the power of U’kotoa flowed. A connection between the rod and the crystals was required. As more crystals were obtained, the more powerful the rod became. Also, not so much a rod as a wand, that Gagnag held discreetly with her long, bony fingers.

What originally was thought to be a powerful lightning rod, seems to be more. Much more. The rod, still unknown as to its dimensions or structure, appears to be a direct conduit between its wielder and the Leviathan Lord, Uk’otoa itself. The rod itself, while magical, I presume is nothing special in the hands of a non-disciple of the serpent. But in the right hands, it looks as though it could completely decimate the coastal cities of the Clovis Concord, and, perhaps more threatening, raise the Leviathan Lord unto its avatar form.

And we, the five of us, and a crew of ragtag pirates, appear to be the only ones in position to do anything about it…I ponder the question, who I would fetch should there be someone to fetch?

We felled a storm once. Perhaps we will be able to again…
