A member of Axel’s old gang, the Silver Bandits. Human male, moppy red hair & freckles. Apparently used to worship Axel back in the day, but when Axel refused to help with an unwise job, Francis felt betrayed. When we went looking for Olo, Francis was key in locating him, but being afraid for his life, we shipped him off to Hupperdook via Zadash, along with his girlfriend Tess.
